Qualité au top concernant la peluche, mais je suis tombé sur une peluche avec le flocage du t-shirt abimé, le service client m'a répondu rapidement, traitement rapide des demandes, solution trouvée rapidement ! Content de la peluche mais déçu pour le flocage (vu le prix)

Merci pour votre retour ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la qualité de la peluche, même si nous sommes désolés pour le problème de flocage que vous avez rencontré. Nous avons identifié un lot défectueux, qui a été immédiatement retiré du stock, et nous avons effectué un retour qualité auprès de notre fournisseur. Un nouveau réassort est prévu pour mi-septembre, avec des peluches sans ce défaut.
