Chaussettes bleues Serge le lapin RATP la ligne x Label Chaussette 36-41
RATP La Ligne has teamed up with Label Chaussette to bring you a collection of Made in France socks bearing the effigy of Serge the rabbit, the famous Paris metro mascot, known for getting his fingers pinched in doors! It was in 1977 that the rabbit made its first appearance on the doors of subway trains to warn young people (and their parents) of the danger of leaving their hands in them. In 1986, he was redesigned for the first time and swapped his overalls for an ample jogging style very much in the spirit of that era. In 2014, a new rejuvenation: he inherited the name Serge in homage to the man who designed him in 1986, got a new look and adopted a new, more contemporary wardrobe with jeans, T-shirt and sneakers.
